Meet the Women in Charge

Our exceptional and inspiring brand ambassadors

Conquering hills and overcoming barriers—at Charge, that’s our passion

We create products that help people do just that, and we’re also working to break down barriers within the cycling industry, where women have often been underserved and underrepresented. We’re determined to level the field.

That’s why we’re so excited to introduce our 2022 Women in Charge brand ambassadors program. This program, which is designed to make cycling more approachable and more accessible to more people than ever, is led by six incredibly accomplished, influential women.

Gabby Reece

"My Charge bike enables me to ride all of the time regardless of how I am feeling, and it also encourages me to become more adventurous – I ride down those extra little canyons or go down that hill because I know I can always make it back up and it just gives me that freedom. And what resonates with me about the Charge mission is really simple: how do we make getting outside, playing, moving, being in nature, being with other people, and gathering around activity more accessible. I can get behind that every day."

Gabby is a former professional volleyball player, podcast host, mother of three, and wife

My Charge bike is a fun way to get around town and also get some exercise in. I can choose to use the electric boost function or or pedal myself depending on whether I’m going places or out to get some fresh air.

Lorraine is a Spanish-American author, blogger, certified Yoga teacher and Reiki Master. She is also a mother of three and married to the love of her life.

It felt like Christmas morning when my Charge Comfort E-Bike arrived in the mail! I’ve always loved going on bike rides whether it was for exercise or just to decompress from a golf competition/tournament. Riding a Charge Bike makes that even easier with a thumb throttle when I need an extra boost plus I’ve added some accessories to make it the perfect bike for me.

Shasta is a professional golfer and in 2011 became the 4th African American Woman to achieve LPGA Tour Status.

I love my Charge bike because it gives me the option to pedal fully on my own or have the bike do the work for me. I use this function for interval training and it makes for a great workout. I also love to use my bike on windy days or on my way back home after an intense weight lifting session. It’s very easy to use and to maximize all its functions.

Catherine is a professional pickleball player ranked #2 in Women's Doubles and #2 in Women's Singles.

I just turned 59 and being able to get on my electric bike by Charge and go riding is the best gift ever. It’s so wonderful being outside! I can pedal on my own or with assistance when I need a little break. I feel as young as a kid again!

“My family and I truly love being out and about exploring the city we live in. Charge Bikes makes the experience even better; cruising around the city with your loved ones on a bike, it doesn’t get much better than that!
