Your bike comes with automatic tire pressure sensors that visually show when you need to add air to your tires. When they show red, you need to add air, when they are green, you're good to go! They need to be removed when filling with air. The following video shows how they work.
We look forward to your feedback and appreciate you sharing your thoughts with other potential customers. Feel free to leave your review in the review section of the website. Also, we will send you an invitation to review your bike after a few weeks of ownership to the email you used when purchasing.
Make sure to register your new Charge bike and claim your warranty. To complete the registration, you will need the serial number of your bike, which can be found on the Warranty Card that comes hanging from the handlebars of your bike.
The serial number can also be found on a sticker located on the underside of the frame of your bike, in the area between the pedals. It is 7 characters long and begins with "M".
We recommend regular maintenance to keep your bike performing well. Some basic maintenance procedures, including lubing the chain and inflating the tires, are easy to do at home (we've provided some videos to show you how).
At some point however, your bike will require more comprehensive maintenance, and for that we recommend you take your bike in to a professional bicycle mechanic.
While any bike shop can service your bike, we have partnered with several retailers who are intimately familiar with Charge bikes and offer test rides, sales as well as servicing. Search for a local Charge dealer.
